Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is determined at the time of checkout and determined by the box dimension, weight, and shipping destination. We ship exclusively using FedEx and rates are based upon the size and weight of the box and the destination distance from the factory in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available using FedEx 2Day and Express Saver. The associated cost is visible during the checkout process and is based upon the package size, weight, and shipping destination.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation can be used to track your order. We will provide tracking information once the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged please call us immediately at 888-912-3427 to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Be sure to retain all packaging materials if an inspection is required.

Freight Shipments: Large quantity orders and heavy items will typically ship LTL Freight. Call us at 888-912-3427 and we will provide a freight shipping estimate. PRO numbers are provided on LTL shipments for tracking. Please advise if you will need a lift-gate.
